Ciara Santiago has always had a passion for law. In 2017, she graduated from St. John's University, with a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, a certification as a paralegal and was awarded the "P. Kevin Castel" award which is awarded to the student most likely to succeed in law. Upon graduating she proceeded to New York Law School where she was granted their "Global Fellow's Scholarship", a full-tuition merit scholarship, only afforded to students with the utmost excellent academic standards. She graduated from New York Law School in 2020 and successfully passed the Bar Exam, obtaining both her New York and New Jersey license. 

Ms. Santiago has experience in many areas of law. While in New York, she predominantly practiced Criminal Defense and Landlord-Tenant, with a consistent client-goal focused representation model. Ciara is currently practicing law in New Jersey where she specializes in Landlord-Tenant Law. She successfully advocates for rental increases within fair market rent for Landlords with Section 8. 

Ms. Santiago brings to our firm a passion for Landlord-Tenant law as she grew up with both of her parents being Landlords and can appreciate the struggles a landlord can face. She is eager to help our clients navigate through the New Jersey court system to protect their rights as a landlord. She shares a special appreciation for the burden placed upon landlords when tenants fail to pay rent or fail to abide by their lease agreement.
